This company, which is listed on the Growth Stock Exchange, is looking for a production management staff member to work in Japan and act as a bridge between Japan and its overseas factories (mainly the Thai factory). ■Job Description: You will be in charge of production management for the company's accessories and miscellaneous goods. Specifically, you will be entrusted with the following tasks. *There are about 30-40 staff members at the Thai factory *Report line: Consult with the factory manager and department manager in Japan at any time - Manage order sheets and create internal reports - Coordinate and instruct/manage with factories and business partners in Japan and overseas - Formulate production plans and manage progress - Promote quality control and improvement activities - Plan and implement measures to reduce costs and improve productivity - Prepare and support production when launching new products - Travel to the Thai factory for about a week several times a year ☆What we would like you to do: - Hold regular meetings with the local factory and The role is to check whether the local operations are running smoothly, confirm delivery dates, and report the results to the head office. ・Communicate in a way that will motivate the local Thai staff. →Not just an interpreter, but also ingenuity is needed to motivate the local Thai staff. ■Department environment: Design department: 7 people Production management: 2 people (separated into Thai factory staff and others) *1 Chinese person, Thai factory is also in charge of the general manager Of these, 5 people are assigned to planning and design Average age: 30s General manager: late 40s Gender ratio = female environment except for the general manager. <Support system and working environment> The manager will check the progress of the work in detail and provide guidance as appropriate, so there is an environment where you can consult immediately when you are in trouble.
