You will be involved in the development and operation of stores where inbound tourists and foreigners can experience Japanese culture. First, you will learn the basic operations of the store, and gradually you will be challenged to plan and operate new karaoke experiences. Your personality and skills will breathe new life into our karaoke stores. <Specific duties> 1. Store planning and strategy planning - Concept design of karaoke services targeting foreign customers. - Plan the introduction of multilingual services, menus, and reservation systems. 2 Marketing and promotion - Plan and execute effective promotion strategies for inbound customers. - Customer attraction measures using SNS, tourist guide sites, hotels, etc. - Plan events and campaigns for foreigners. 3 Customer response and service improvement - Propose service improvements based on feedback from foreign customers. - Support for multilingual karaoke song selection and operation system. - Develop new services that reflect customer needs. 4 On-site work - Reception, front desk work, serving drinks and food, general customer service, etc. You will be engaged in the above tasks. Ningyocho (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), where the store is located, is a popular spot for foreign tourists, and you often see people carrying large suitcases. For this reason, you will be responsible for coming up with ideas and actually carrying out things like providing a temporary luggage storage space and our company's roasted green tea and matcha in the morning on weekdays, and opening the store as a karaoke store in the afternoon. <Recruitment background> Karaoke is not just about singing, it's a place to feel Japanese culture ~We want to create a place of relaxation for foreigners who have come to Japan~ When you think of "karaoke," you think of more than just a place to sing and drink.
