Job Description |
<Position Role> - Sell quartz products to Japanese customers. - Report industry and customer trends. - Build effective, long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers in assigned customer groups and maintain a high level of satisfaction. - Achieve revenue targets by working with specific customers within assigned region or industry to increase revenue expenditures per customer and discover, develop and close new sales opportunities. - Create demand for our products and services by increasing customer attention. - Accurately understand customer needs through regular meetings with senior management of client companies to understand the current situation and develop strategies, and incorporate them into customer strategies for our products and services. - Manage multiple cases across multiple fields, including many large/strategically important accounts. <Major Responsibilities> - Serve as the first point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships with business partners. - Support customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen sharing and interviews. ・Build trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, client company stakeholders, and executive sponsors. ・Deliver our services in a timely and effective manner, aligned with client needs and goals. ・Provide clear monthly/quarterly progress reports to internal and external stakeholders. ・Forecast and track key account metrics. ・Improve your job knowledge through specialized reading, networking, and participation in professional organizations. ・Improve the reputation of your department and the organization as a whole by taking the initiative to realize new and unconventional requests and seeking opportunities to add value to the results of your work. ・Improve the satisfaction of existing customers and consistently deliver excellent customer service. ・Understand and analyze the usage of our products for each customer. ・Work with the sales team to acquire and integrate new customers and build relationships with existing customers. ・Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams. *Any changes to job duties in the future will be discussed during the interview. |

<Required> - Japanese: Near-native level (N1 level) *To negotiate with Japanese corporate clients - English: Business level - Sales experience for tangible products: 3 years or more - Sales experience using Japanese - University graduation or higher <Welcome> - Knowledge of the chemical field - Marketing knowledge (any number of years) <Desired personality> - Can contribute to business development by utilizing previous sales experience - Customer management experience or other related experience - Can communicate, present, and influence with high reliability and effectiveness at all levels of the organization, including executive management - Experience in making customer-oriented proposals based on customer needs - Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and pay attention to details - Good at multitasking with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills <Recruitment process> Document screening → 1st interview (HR/Sales manager) → Final interview (HR/Sales Director) * Interview method: Face-to-face in Japanese. |
