■Job Description ML Engineers will develop models in machine learning and data science, and build, maintain, and operate the infrastructure that can continuously provide these models to services. We expect high-precision modeling technology that can provide value to products by utilizing CADDY's data, and stable system development as a team. The following are examples of work. Actual work is not limited to these. Work content after joining the company will be determined based on skills, expertise, experience, etc. [Work Example] Build an image recognition system for drawings We will develop technology to analyze drawing images and extract information written on the drawings. ・Extracting features from images, building, maintaining and operating a similar image search system using them ・Building image recognition models, creating annotation mechanisms ・Considering the use of large-scale language models (LLM) and large-scale visual models (LVM) ・Creating demos and reports of the created image recognition models, and providing technical explanations to both inside and outside the company ・Experiments, analysis and visualization to ensure high model accuracy ・Batch processing to extract information from drawings, development and deployment of APIs [Work example] Building an analysis system for CAD data We will develop technology to analyze CAD data and extract necessary information from information in CAD and 3D shape information. ・Building CAD analysis models and algorithms, creating annotation mechanisms ・Creating demos and reports of the created CAD analysis models, and providing technical explanations to both inside and outside the company ・Experiments, analysis and visualization to ensure high model accuracy ・Batch processing to extract information from CAD data, development and deployment of APIs [Work example] Machine learning project management We will manage projects for the development of machine learning models, including drawing analysis models. ・Hearing from inside and outside the company about issues related to drawing information and defining tasks that can meet the requirements ・Discuss with product managers to detail the KPIs and schedules for machine learning models ・Define annotations as necessary and work with the annotation team to create datasets as appropriate ・Promote examples of work described in drawing analysis and CAD analysis with yourself or your team's machine learning engineers |

■Recruitment Background At CADDi, we are developing a data platform product for the manufacturing industry called "CADDi Drawer" with the mission of "unleashing the potential of the manufacturing industry." Launched in 2022, "CADDi Drawer" uses various technologies such as machine learning to structure drawing data, which is said to be the most important data in the manufacturing industry, and links it with various information, making it possible to use it as an information asset. It is already being used by customers from major domestic manufacturers to processing companies, and is growing rapidly. From 2023, we will also start selling overseas (USA, Thailand, Vietnam), accelerating our global expansion. In the future, we aim to achieve overall optimization beyond departments and companies by reproducing and consolidating manufacturing knowledge beyond drawings using technology. In terms of development, there are many themes we would like to tackle, such as strengthening the functionality as a data platform, developing multiple new applications that run on the platform, and strengthening the foundation to withstand the exponentially increasing number of users and data volume.
