Stay current with cutting-edge knowledge of NGS library preparation and effectively execute NGS experiments as a laboratory technician. Manage or support laboratory operations. Oversee the management of experimental projects. Conduct sample collection and coordinate shipping. Provide technical assistance as needed. |

Requirements: Graduate-level understanding of molecular biology. A PhD is preferred. Experience in laboratory management or operations, or equivalent knowledge is required. Ability to perform highly reproducible experiments with precision. Familiarity with NGS and microarray experimentation is desirable. Prior clinical laboratory experience is preferred. Capable of independently creating and implementing work plans. Proficient in using remote business tools (e.g., Zoom). Strong comprehension of academic papers and technical documents in English. |
