You will be responsible for everything from concluding brokerage contracts to sales activities, contracts, and payments. Salary details: [Example of annual income for someone with experience in buying and selling brokerage or home sales] *In the first year, there will be a 2-3 month training period depending on your experience. ■Goal achieved 100% Upon joining: Approximately 5.3 million yen (fixed salary 4.5 million yen + incentive 800,000 yen) 3rd year: Approximately 5.8 million yen (Fixed salary 4.8 million yen + incentive 1 million yen) ■Target achieved 120% Upon joining: Approximately 5.5 million yen (Fixed salary 4.5 million yen + incentive 1 million yen) 3rd year: Approximately 7.7 million yen (Fixed salary 5.7 million yen + incentive 2 million yen) *Current annual income will be considered for salary.
