This recruitment is for a Kaukamo agent who will mainly support the sale of "used condominiums in the metropolitan area."
We provide consulting services to help our customers sell or relocate smoothly by making full use of advanced services such as ``Kaukamo,’’ where renovated homes packed with sellers’ particular preferences are gathered, and ``Urukamo,’’ Japan’s first pre-sale real estate matching platform.
You will be responsible for everything from concluding brokerage contracts to sales activities, contracts, and payments.

Upon joining: Approximately 5.3 million yen (fixed salary 4.5 million yen + incentive 800,000 yen)
3rd year: Approximately 5.8 million yen (Fixed salary 4.8 million yen + incentive 1 million yen)

■Target achieved 120%
Upon joining: Approximately 5.5 million yen (Fixed salary 4.5 million yen + incentive 1 million yen)
3rd year: Approximately 7.7 million yen (Fixed salary 5.7 million yen + incentive 2 million yen)

*Current annual income will be considered for salary.
Deemed overtime pay included in monthly salary: 74,400 yen to 94,900 yen for 45 hours
■Trial period is 3 months (remuneration will not change during the trial period)
■Bonuses vary depending on performance: Bonuses will be determined according to internal regulations according to skills and experience.
■Salary increase: Twice a year (April and October)
