In order to promote the growth of young human resources and expand business results, we are seeking the capabilities of veteran engineers in the embedded field.
Veteran engineers over 50 are welcome. We have over 1,800 engineers in their 50s and older working here.

After early retirement from a major manufacturer, the premise is that you will be hired as a "full-time employee" when you approach your 60s.

Our company’s retirement age is 65 years old, but we are looking for people who want to finish their career in a ``technical field that involves hands.’’
*People over the age of 66 are contracted for each project, but there are examples of people working at the age of 74.

Selection is based on a position search, but we do not hire candidates once a project has been decided.
