You will be responsible for a service that matches experts with valuable knowledge gained from practical experience with clients facing various challenges, such as strategy planning, new business development, digital transformation, and organizational development, in just one hour. *You will mainly be working with overseas clients/overseas projects. In cooperation with matching consultants, you will gather information from inside and outside the company in response to a wide variety of requests from clients, analyze the business and industry related to the project, and match knowledge through proposals from experts with the most appropriate knowledge. You will conduct research on requests from all countries/regions/industries every day, and interact with experts from a wide variety of backgrounds (regions/industries/job types). This position is one in which you can be called an expert in a knowledge database, researching a wide variety of industries and businesses. (Internally known as "Research Manager/RM") ■Main duties -Define requirements for various research requests from clients (dedicated to overseas requests) -Research industries and occupations that match the requirements, list and propose optimal expert candidates -Screening experts (check knowledge and experience, details) -Scrutinize and add to the proposal list -Work with the development team to consider system development for operational efficiency and measures to improve the UX of clients and experts |
