[Job Summary] You will be responsible for developing web applications such as adding new functions, improving performance, and technical improvements and renewals using offshore development (Indonesian subsidiary) for our company's products. [Recruitment Background] Each service is scaling up, both in terms of new and existing services, and the number of users of our company's products and their contribution to society are steadily increasing. In order to continue to meet our customers' expectations, we are looking for engineers who will work with us to expand our products and services. The development team is basically in-house development, consisting mostly of full-time employees. We plan to establish a development subsidiary in Indonesia in 2025 and will expand offshore development, but we plan to increase the number of engineers and development work there, so we are looking for a bridge engineer who will play an important role as a bridge between Japan and Indonesia. [Specific Job Contents] 1. Development work management for Indonesian subsidiary ■ Progress management of development projects entrusted to Indonesia. ■ Communicate requirements and specifications and confirm acceptance of deliverables. 2. Development support for Indonesian subsidiary ■ Understand the content of questions/inquiries and explain/answer in an easy-to-understand manner. ■Improvement activities to improve the productivity/quality/development operation rate/technical capabilities of the Indonesian subsidiary. 3. Building an optimal team with the Indonesian subsidiary ■As this is a development team that has just been formed, building both Japanese and Indonesian teams for optimal development. ■Optimizing and improving the offshore development process in Japan and Indonesia. 4. Business trips to the Indonesian subsidiary Business trips to the offshore development site to understand the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen relationships. ※There is a Japanese representative and local PM/PL/development members on the Indonesian side. ※Expected to be about 2-3 months, once or twice a year. 5.
