Job Description [Facility Maintenance Engineer]

At the factory, we manufacture plastic products used for window frames for homes.

You will be involved with the machines that manufacture the products, and will perform maintenance tasks such as maintenance and operation.

-Machine operation of plastic products
-Start-up of extrusion molding machines
-Mold replacement (several times to 20 times per month)
-Adjustment of molding machines (temperature adjustment by machine, partial temperature adjustment by air)
-Maintenance and temperature adjustment when defects occur
-Measurement work using a scale, etc.

*Depending on the situation, you may be required to perform the following tasks. (Usually performed by a dedicated person)
-Inputting materials for plastic products

In addition to acquiring knowledge in machine maintenance, you will be involved in all work from adding raw materials to molding and inspection.

Working Hours [3 shifts]

①0:00 to 8:45

(Break 2:20 to 2:30, 3:30 to 4:30, 5:15 to 5:25)

②8:30 to 17:20

(Break 10:15 to 10:25, 12:20 to 13:00, 14:35 to 14:45)

③17:05 to 0:15

(Break 19:20 to 19:30, 21:10 to 21:50, 22:10 to 22:20)

*Work 5 days a week
*Overtime about 20 hours per month

Description		 [Basic hourly wage] 1,500 yen
[Monthly salary example] 270,000 yen
*Monthly salary example is calculated based on 20 hours of overtime per month. (Overtime pay of 37,500 yen is included)
*Late-night hours are calculated based on 40 hours.
*Salary amount and net amount may differ depending on income tax, municipal tax, etc.
