Main Responsibilities • Conduct daily sales activities to achieve the hotel’s revenue targets. • Meet individual sales goals and maximize profitability. • Support the implementation of sales plans to increase occupancy rates, raise average rates, boost volume, and enhance event sales. • Review monthly reports and monitor personal performance. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and external stakeholders. |

Job Requirements |
Needed Skills & Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with experience in the hospitality industry. • Extensive knowledge of local businesses and market trends. • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. • (Candidates must be residing in Japan with a valid work permit.) |
