You'll provide 2nd level technical support, resolving user issues across various IT infrastructure services. You will work closely with internal teams to improve the overall support experience. Description * Provide 2nd level technical support for end users, addressing hardware, software, and application issues. * Collaborate with 1st and 2nd level support teams to enhance service quality. * Analyze incident data and recommend improvements for better user experiences. * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specific IT infrastructure services, such as Outlook, Office 365, and Mobility Services. * Improve shift-left capabilities and reduce ticket volumes through better workflows and knowledge base articles. Profile * Proficient in IT infrastructure technologies (Windows, Apple OS, O365, Azure Active Directory, Citrix, etc.) * Familiar with ITIL methodology (ITIL v4 Foundation preferred). * Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail. * Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
