About the Role: ■ Playing manager who can lead the company's general affairs and IT work while directing each member and getting hands-on as necessary. ■ Company-wide security policy formulation and improvement ■ Internal network and server operation/design/construction (VPN/UTM/VLAN/file server/LDAP server) ■ Internal network operation (maintenance and management) ■ Planning and operation of information asset management system Attractiveness of this position: ■ You will be directly involved in the formation of the organization and creation of rules at a startup preparing for an IPO ■ The flat organizational structure allows you to work with discretion while communicating closely with management |

Job Requirements |
Must Haves: ■ Experience as a leader in a management department, including the IT department (3 years or more) ■ Experience planning or executing company-wide projects ■ Knowledge of internal network and server design/construction (VPN/UTM/VLAN/file server/LDAP server, etc.) ■ Ability to communicate and work with others to advance projects Preferred Experiences: ■ English proficiency ■ Experience working in the management department of a listed company ■ Experience working at a startup or a company with 50 to 100 employees ■ Experience building/launching a CSIRT or SOC ■ Experience in general affairs (office management, information asset management, etc.) ■ Experience as a system architect or tech lead |
