Job Description	[Product Overview] Loglass Business Management is a cloud-based business management system that streamlines the collection, integration, and centralized management of management data (financial figures/KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and results) scattered throughout a company, and enables advanced analysis. After launching Loglass Business Management in 2020, we have focused on multi-product development since 2023, and have now provided a total of five products/services. In addition, in order to realize our product vision of "MAKE NEW DIRECTION," we will promote the use of data and AI in the future, aiming to become a true planning platform that can make decisions on the optimal allocation of management resources. . [Organization Overview] The product organization has independent teams for PdM, engineers, designers, and business planning, and takes the form of creating units across projects related to product development. Therefore, regardless of job type, we focus on being exposed to primary information, regularly watching videos of sales negotiations with customers and participating in exhibitions, and placing importance on creating products that reflect the real voices of our customers. In addition, we originally introduced Scrum as a development system, but as the product expands, we are currently challenging ourselves to transition to FAST, a scaling framework. [About the recruitment position] In the year 2023, Loglus has grown at a very fast speed, with ARR tripling and the average size of the companies that adopt it 8 times. As the market expands, the range of business models of the users we meet is expanding, and the needs for management are also diverse. We plan to continue developing many features, are considering new products that can expand the value we provide, and will increase the number of scrum teams in the future. On the other hand, I think there is still a long way to go before we can achieve our mission of "Let's create a good economy." We are currently groping around various challenges, regardless of granularity, such as how to evolve the organization and product to reach the world we are aiming for, how to set milestones, and how to speed up the exploration process to increase user value. We need a new product manager who can identify and resolve issues while working with users and keeping up with complex business domains and the speed of expansion of the business, engineering, and design organizations. Job Description To promote new business development, Logras will launch an overseas development base (India) as a Global Capability Center (GCC). In this position, you will be responsible for promoting product development of new functions at the overseas development base. In this position, you will be scheduled to make business trips to the Indian development base once a month or once every two months, especially for the first six months to a year. <Specific duties> While coordinating with the new business team (new business manager, lead PdM, designer) and the Indian development base (engineers), we will work with the development team of designers and engineers to promote everything from specification formulation based on business requirements, user experience, and feasibility, to development progress management and analysis, release, and operation. Formulate development roadmap in cooperation with new business manager and lead PdM Create PRD through requirement analysis and requirement definition (English) Draft and prioritize development items (English) Participate in Scrum as a product owner at overseas development bases Support collaboration between Japanese designers and overseas engineers Check and manage the quality of development deliverables Communicate with various stakeholders in the new business field <Development environment and main tools used> - Server side Kotlin, Spring Boot - Front end React, Next.js, TypeScript - Communication tools Slack, Gather - Documentation and diagram creation Notion, Miro, diaglams.net, etc. - Development backlog management Notion [What makes Loglas's product manager interesting] <1. Targeted customers and mission> Loglas is a SaaS in the business management field. The larger the company, the more complex the business management pains become and the more problems to be solved. We are challenging this business field, and our targets are all well-known large companies. I think it is rare at this point to see a startup that is seriously working to solve the problems of Japanese enterprise companies from a management perspective. I believe that the more customers Logrus supports, the greater the impact they have on the world, and the deeper the problems they can solve, the closer we will come to realizing our mission of "creating a good economy." I find the challenge of overturning the image of a declining country that has been taken for granted to be very rewarding and interesting. <2. In the rapid expansion phase> Logrus has completed its first PMF and is in the phase of aiming for rapid expansion of its business. With the 10→100 phase coming soon in mind, we will run through 1→10 at overwhelming speed. Based on the experience accumulated in the 0→1 phase, I believe that the experience of creating a product while thinking about the business with many stakeholders will be difficult as a product manager, but will be a fun time. <3.
