~Qualification subsidy of 10,000 yen/No individual quota/7 hours of overtime/Days off on Sundays and holidays, two days off per week/Can balance work with childcare◎/Comprehensive education and evaluation system~ ■Duties: Associated with the company's Riken Hearing Aid Center (working in the Tokyo area), after training you will be responsible for all work related to hearing aid sales at stores, hearing aid clinics at affiliated hospitals, schools for the deaf, etc. ■Work flow: ◎Listen to customers' goals and concerns Listen to customers' situations, concerns, and lifestyles. We will listen closely to customers so that we can recommend the best product for each individual. ◎Hearing check We use hearing measurement equipment to check the detailed condition of their hearing ◎Wear the hearing aid We will recommend the perfect hearing aid based on the shape and characteristics of the manufacturer (We handle hearing aids from over 100 different manufacturers) ◎Sales After fine-tuning the output on the PC, you will try the hearing aid for about 1 to 2 weeks, and if you like it, you will purchase it. ◎After-sales support We will come for regular maintenance about once every three months, so we can build a medium- to long-term relationship with our customers. <Work location details> Stores in Tokyo Address: Tokyo Passive smoking prevention: No smoking indoors |

■After joining the company: - After joining the company, you will work while acquiring knowledge through OJT at a store for 3 to 6 months of training. After joining the company, you will obtain the qualification of a certified hearing aid technician while working. (It usually takes 4 years to obtain, but if you have a speech-language-hearing therapist, you can obtain it in 2 years) - The company culture is one in which you can express your opinions, and there are only 2 to 3 people per store. The retention rate is high because it is an environment where you can consult immediately. It is an environment where it is easy to challenge yourself, such as obtaining qualifications. Female managers (store managers) are also active. ■Assigned store: Your assignment will be decided after training. Your first assignment is scheduled to be a store in Tokyo about 1 to 1.5 hours from your home. After assignment, you may change stores within the Kanto area depending on your abilities, but you will not be transferred across areas. ■Career path: - In addition to sales, we will set goals for individual growth, and we will have interviews every 6 months and make a final evaluation based on the degree of achievement over the course of a year. - You will gain experience as a store salesperson, and you can also step up to store manager or block manager.
