You will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the PC environment of employees working in Japan and overseas and the company's internal IT environment. -PC setting -Collaboration with overseas subsidiary IT departments (mainly chat in English) -Help desk for internal users (chat and on-site) -Operation and management of various tools -Server operation and management (cloud) -IT asset management -Network operation and management -Security education for employees -Operation and management of security tools -Nighttime and holiday response in emergencies [Plus other experiences!] -Experience switching to management tools appropriate for global expansion and designing and setting up a new business environment for a global organization. -On-site investigation of network/security issues faced by each country and consideration of response policies -Currently promoting projects that comply with various global standards such as PCIDSS in order to build a world-class security system!
