Job Description |
This is a customer success position that works with global SaaS companies to realize this through IT solutions. ■Job Description We provide customer success support for client companies' SaaS products. We respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email. We contribute to the success of SaaS-introducing companies by understanding the true needs of users and making optimal proposals from a wide range of products, rather than just providing answers. We support Japanese users who use foreign payment services in Japanese, and internal documents are in English. Job Requirements |

■Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 340,000 yen [Breakdown of monthly salary] ・Basic salary: 204,300 to 245,200 yen ・Fixed overtime hours: 30 hours per month, 45,700 yen to 62,000 yen. Job Contract Period |
