■Job Description You will be in charge of the SV team that handles customer and technical support for BtoB and BtoC products and subscription services. -Manage phone and email inquiries from users -Secondary response from operators -Secondary response from global vendors -Shift creation -Operator training and attendance management -Operator operation management -Creation of various materials such as manuals and reports -Management of various KPIs -Client negotiations, etc. <Rewarding aspects of this job> -You can experience everything from setting up a team to running it -This is a valuable position where you can lead a team and achieve high customer satisfaction with your own hands.
