Job Description |
Position Summary - Sell quartz products to Japanese customers. - Report industry and customer trends. - Build effective, long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers in assigned customer groups and maintain a high level of satisfaction. - Achieve revenue targets by working with specific customers within assigned region or industry to increase revenue spend per customer and identify, develop and close new sales opportunities. - Create demand for our products and services by increasing customer attention. - Accurately understand customer needs through regular status assessment and strategy planning meetings attended by senior management of customer companies and incorporate them into customer strategies for our products and services. - Manage multiple cases across multiple fields, including many large/strategically important customers. Major Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships with customers. - Support customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen sharing and face-to-face meetings. - Build reliable advisory relationships with key customers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. ・Provide our services in a timely and effective manner, tailored to the needs and goals of our customers. ・Report monthly/quarterly progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner. ・Forecast and track key client metrics. ・Improve your business knowledge through reading specialized books, building personal connections, and participating in professional organizations. ・Improve the reputation of your department and the organization as a whole by taking the initiative to realize new and unconventional requests and seeking possibilities to add value to the results of your work. ・Improve the satisfaction of existing customers and continue to provide excellent customer service. ・Understand and analyze the usage of our products for each customer. ・Work with the sales team to acquire and integrate new customers and build relationships with existing customers. ・Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams. Job Requirements |
[Required conditions] -Foreign nationals must have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 -3 years or more experience in corporate sales of tangible products (any product) -Able to communicate verbally and in writing in Japanese and English [Preferred conditions] -Knowledge of the chemical field -Marketing knowledge (any number of years) [Desired personality] -Able to contribute to business development by utilizing previous sales experience -Proven track record in customer management or other related experience -Able to communicate, present, and influence with high reliability and effectiveness at all levels of the organization, including senior management -Experience in making customer-oriented proposals based on customer needs -Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pay attention to details -Able to multitask with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills |
