Job Requirements |
Required Skills: Experience in IT Infrastructure technologies, including: Windows and Apple operating systems. O365 Applications (Office Suite, OneDrive, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps). Azure Active Directory/Active Directory. Citrix/My Workspace. Mobile Intune for MDM Administration. ServiceNow. Language skills: Proficiency in both Japanese (Preferably N1 level) and English. Understanding of ITIL methodology for Incident and Problem Management; ITIL v4 Foundation Certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Solution-oriented team player with a preference for international and intercultural environments. Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure environment. Desired Skills: Project management experience. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools. ITIL v4 Foundation Certification. |
