Job Description |
General supply chain operations - Product demand forecast and import planning based on that - Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure stable product supply (approximately 40 SKUs) - Import/export arrangements (dealing with forwarders, quarantine stations, customs, customs brokers, etc., liaising with external consultants) - Rapid and accurate response when problems occur (manufacturing, imports, shipping files, delivery, handling of shortages, etc.) - Liaison and coordination with the US headquarters, Korean branch, and Taiwanese branch (ZOOM meetings with the US once every three months, email, phone) - Liaison and coordination within the Japanese corporation - Work related to cosmetics manufacturing and sales business permits (pass/fail judgment before cosmetics are shipped (as general manufacturing and sales manager), preparation of various applications and notifications, application procedures to the government) - Management of product label contents - Liaison and coordination with related vendors (printing companies, cosmetics manufacturing contract companies, 3PL) - Expense and budget control - Management of department staff *The duties may change in the future.
