Job Description |
The Account Manager will develop new system integrators through distributors, providing continuous training, coaching, and evaluation of partner performance to maintain market leadership in Japan. Responsibilities include managing account relationships, implementing marketing activities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the Channel Partner Program and monitor the competitive landscape in the network video market. Description * Manage Account Relationships: Act as the main daily contact for distributors, overseeing account relationships in the market. * Channel Partner Program Oversight: Own and manage the company's Channel Partner Program for the Japan region, including developing new partners and evaluating current partners' performance. * Marketing and Inventory Management: Collaborate with distributors to develop inventory profile plans and plan, implement, and follow up on distributors' marketing activities in conjunction with the local Marketing Manager. * Sales Performance Tracking: Track and forecast weekly/monthly sell-in and sell-out performance, manage credit notes, price lists, and special pricing issues, and serve as the overall business owner of the Channel Partner Program. Profile * Over 7 years of experience as a sales manager in distribution channels, with a strong background in the ICT market in Japan and knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and applications. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets while working with partners, demonstrating expertise in strategic sales planning and execution. * Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills, with effective time management and the ability to prioritize projects to meet business objectives. * Bilingual Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
