Job Description 1. Job Description
You will acquire various practical skills in the various facility management (FM) services that we provide, based on your past experience and your own wishes.
After that, you will be assigned to a wide range of positions, such as site manager and back office (head office) positions, based on your practical experience, knowledge, skills, and other acquisition status and aptitude.

3. Flow after joining the company
After training, you will acquire practical skills under a senior employee who is stationed at a client company.
(Examples of work)

- Business support (conference room management, PC rental management, telephone and visitor reception)

- Vendor management (quality control, contract management, ordering and invoice processing, business schedule adjustments, quotation requests, business meetings, negotiations, etc.)

- Help desk business emails, chats, etc.

- Providing services for collaboration with clients, inquiries, complaints, etc.

- Facility management, minor equipment inspections

- Preparation of various reports, etc.

Working Hours 8 hours of work based on 9:00-18:00, 1 hour break

University graduates: 210,000 yen
*Overtime pay: Provided separately based on our company regulations.

Salary increase/promotion: Once a year (May)
*Salary revisions are implemented for employees who have been employed since April of the previous year based on company performance and individual evaluation.

Bonus: Twice a year (paid in June and December)
