In addition to marketing and recruitment support in the hospitality industry, we plan to develop a wide range of platforms in the future, such as management consulting and tourism information dissemination. [1] Career Advisor (to C) The role is to verbalize worries and ideals that job seekers themselves are not aware of, and propose options for their next career. This job is not just about asking about hopes for the next workplace, but also about verbalizing the root of worries and ideal situations that the job seeker is not even aware of. With the goal of expanding the future possibilities of job seekers, the specific tasks we will undertake are as follows. Verbalizing worries in the current job that the job seeker himself is not even aware of Hearing and advising on the career and life plan he wants to achieve Researching and proposing the best job for the job seeker's career and life plan Supporting relieving anxiety during job hunting, job offer, and employment [2] Recruiting Advisor (to B) The role is to make proposals for solving management issues of accommodation facilities all over Japan, with a focus on successful recruitment. [Team Structure] We currently organize teams by job type for job seekers, targeting accommodation facilities across the country. The team consists of a manager and about 15 members. Because we work with a small but elite team, facing and acting on the challenges faced by job seekers and accommodation facilities leads not only to our own growth but also to the success of the team and the company. The team is also very united, and we strive to achieve results as one team while competing with each other. [Onboarding Structure] The sales enablement team, which is responsible for training and onboarding sales staff, will support you from joining the company to being active.
