[Recruitment background] We are looking for someone to oversee the overall supervision of four facilities in Hokkaido and one facility in Okinawa. You will adhere to facility standards and supervise compliance with domestic safety and hygiene laws, and will also be involved in projects such as CO2 reduction and energy consumption optimization. [Job description] 1. Resort facility management - Cooperation with the facility department of each resort - Compliance with maintenance and safety standards. Carry out maintenance work for facilities such as water, electricity, fire extinguishing systems, air conditioning and heating, monitor the management form, and instruct each resort's facility department - Facility management costs, CAPEX/OPEX management, budget management - Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption 2. Measures and implementation of medium- to long-term projects - Planning and implementation of CO2 reduction plans, energy cost optimization plans, facility rehabilitation, etc. 3.
