Job Description	・Role in expanding market share within Toyota and group companies ・Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage customer expectations ・Predict and analyze Toyota's current and future business sales (T/O) and operating income (OI) and lead the team to achieve business goals ・Build and manage customer relationships ・Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and technical proposals with the support of the Iron Triangle team (Sales + System + Product/Project) ・Nurture business potential and align product strategy with business units ・Perform market potential analysis and competitive analysis ・Propose and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's growth and profit plan

Job Requirements	Desired candidates: [Requirements] ・Sales/business development experience at Toyota Tier 1 or OEM ・Ability to operate Toyota procurement systems (NGP, WARP, T-click, etc.) ・8+ years of experience in the automotive electronics industry ・Japanese - native level, English - business level ・Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ・Excellent presentation skills, oral and written communication skills ・Japanese driver's license [Preferred conditions] ・Experience working at Toyota's global sites (GTMC, TTRS, TMNA, TDEM) is preferred ・Chinese is a plus ・Proactive, outgoing personality, team player, goal-oriented ・Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment ・Willingness to travel to Asia (especially China) ・Ability to listen and respond proactively to customer questions and requests ・Customer-oriented, goal-oriented ・Self-motivated, independent, and eager to succeed ・Ability to work with a team to achieve results
