Job Description |
[Recruitment Background] 1. As a key member of the product technology proposal team, you will be involved in and lead product testing activities with the aim of acquiring new business. 2. Build local product testing technical capabilities and testing service capabilities in Japan, and work with the product testing teams at the Huizhou headquarters and each branch to provide professional testing services to customers and support the acquisition of new business and product development. 3. Build daily product testing technical collaboration with customers based on local customer strategies and product sales strategies. 4. As a local test management office that cooperates with the testing implementation of each business unit (BU) at the headquarters, you will arrange and implement testing activities between customers and BUs, increase customer satisfaction, and build cooperation, systems and processes, as well as standard documents between BUs. ------------------------------------------------ [Job Description] 1. Test planning and implementation - Plan and implement testing tasks and manage progress. Example: Lead testing that meets customer objectives. - Analyze and improve problems during development, and manage bugs. ・Manage test risks and progress. ・Report test results based on customer requests. ・Report test progress at daily/weekly meetings. 2. Respond to test needs -Respond promptly to customer test needs and conduct on-site visits. 3. Product promotion activities -Introduce product technology solutions to customers. 4. BU support -Support each BU's activities (e.g. on-site test analysis, technology exchange workshops). 5. Business process improvement -Regularly hold exchange meetings on business processes and technologies. -Organize and improve customer service processes. 6. Engineer guidance -Guide local engineers and improve test verification capabilities. Job Requirements |
Desired talent: [Requirements] ・Knowledge of product life cycle process (PLC) ・Basic knowledge of development programming languages ・Over 3 years of cockpit work in automotive companies ・Development or test management experience of intelligent driving electric products ・Over 3 years of testing experience in automotive Tier 1 products ・Experience in using test certification certificates (ISTBQ) and test tools ・Project management or management experience, team leader experience ・Japanese - business level (N2 or above) ・Chinese - business level [Preferred conditions] ・Experience working in a multinational company or multinational team, and experience working in a Japanese or Chinese company ・Knowledge of quality management systems (ASPICE, IATF16949, etc.) ・Automotive cockpit/intelligent driving product concept ・English skills preferred |
