This role is for a Technical Lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot microservices, and cloud technologies, responsible for leading project activities, performing design/code reviews, and delivering innovative solutions for a prominent life insurance customer. The position offers a hybrid work style and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (N3 level). Description * Lead technical development using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. * Oversee design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. * Drive project activities and manage teams to deliver on objectives effectively. * Provide technical solutions and multiple approach recommendations to stakeholders. * Communicate and clarify project requirements with the business team, coordinating between onshore and offshore members. * Utilize cloud technologies (e.g., AKS) and DevOps CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment. Profile * A seasoned developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot microservices, backend engineering, and technical leadership. * Proficient in Java, cloud platforms, and tools like AKS, with the ability to handle design, code reviews, and customer interactions effectively. * A bilingual professional with English fluency and Japanese proficiency (N3 level>>negociable), capable of collaborating across teams and bridging communication between stakeholders.
