▼ Background of recruitment We are a startup that aims to solve global environmental problems, especially water shortages, with our unique technology. Since our founding, our sales have been steadily increasing, and last year we raised 550 million yen in funding. In the future, we will be increasing the number of new members, both in Japan and globally, to speed up our business expansion. This time, we will be entrusted with business development/exploration in the United States, which will be the "core" of our business expansion, directly under the Director (COO). <Specific duties> ◉ Business development/strategy formulation/execution ◉ Marketing/sales/production/distribution supervision ◉ PL management for the business ◉ Team management/domestic and international recruitment, etc. <Customers (targets)> Target markets are Japan, the United States, China, Thailand, France, India, the Philippines, New Zealand, etc. ToC: Online EC sites, direct sales, etc. ToB: Sales agents, NPOs, Zennoh, wholesalers, wholesalers/retailers, etc. |

Currently, the Japanese subsidiary is expanding the sales channels for superabsorbent polymer products beyond agriculture, while the Indian subsidiary is working on expanding sales for product manufacturing and agricultural applications. In Japan, we are working to sell and increase awareness of our products by utilizing our existing domestic and international networks through collaboration with major companies. For agricultural applications, we are conducting demonstration experiments throughout Japan and in the global market, with the main appeal points being improved labor productivity and promotion of organic farming in Japan, and improved production rates in arid regions overseas. For other applications, we hope to further increase awareness by highlighting the improvement of agricultural productivity in arid regions. As for manufacturing, we plan to gradually expand our production capacity depending on the amount of funding we can secure. |
Job Requirements |
