With both systems and practical support (BPO services), we support business efficiency (DX promotion) and organizational problem solving in the consolidated accounting field. You can be involved in each phase of business Since we are actively developing new products, we can be deeply involved from planning to execution of sales strategies for new software. ■Job Overview: ・We plan and propose consolidated accounting solutions and business support (BPO) services for consolidated accounting practices to address issues in the accounting field of listed companies that operate global and group management. ■Customer base: ・Our customers are mainly CFOs and department managers of the financial accounting department, who are key people in the financial accounting departments of large companies. ■Details: - A series of sales activities from creating appointments with leads to negotiations and receiving orders - Ongoing follow-up after receiving an order - Additional proposals for other services L Upselling/cross-selling - Customer satisfaction survey activities - Marketing activities L Planning and running online seminars Creating LDMs, etc. * This is an educational system that allows even those with no experience to catch up through classroom learning, role-playing, and OJT. ■Products handled: - You will also be involved in consulting services for various accounting issues, TMS (treasury management system) services, and proposal activities for newly developed solutions. |

Expected annual income: 4.5-6.5 million yen <Monthly salary> 281,250 yen to 406,250 yen (including flat-rate allowances) <Wage breakdown> Monthly (basic salary): 227,848 yen to 329,114 yen Fixed overtime allowance/month: 53,402 yen to 77,136 yen (fixed overtime hours: 30 hours 0 minutes/month) Overtime allowance for excess overtime work will be paid additionally <Overtime allowance> Yes <Salary increase> Yes <Salary supplement> *Salary details will be determined based on work experience and specialized knowledge, etc. ■Evaluation and salary increase: once a year (July) ■Bonus: three times a year (June, September, December) ■Model annual salary 5 million yen and up/age 25, equivalent to 2nd year of employment 10 million yen and up/age 30, equivalent to 9th year of employment 12 million yen and up/age 35, equivalent to 14th year of employment The salary is only a guideline and may go up or down depending on the selection process.
