We are now looking for IT instructors to further promote our business. It is a rewarding job that will help students who will lead the future realize their dreams. Why not use your experience and passion to work with us to create education that brings value to society? ■What is the Global Seed Program? We are broadly carrying out the following three points. (1) Partnerships with top overseas science universities Based on our 10 years of experience, we are deepening our collaboration with prestigious universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Vietnam National University, and expanding our activities not only to Vietnam but also to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil. Our efforts have attracted attention and been highly praised by the Japanese government and industry. (2) Providing unique practical education We provide education to global talent (mainly Vietnamese) university students aiming to be active in Japan, with three pillars: "General Japanese," "Practical IT Skills," and "Japanese Business Manners," so that they can acquire advanced IT skills and the mindset to work in Japan. This time, we are looking for an instructor who will be in charge of practical IT skills. (3) Recruitment matching with Japanese companies We regularly hold events to match (job hunting support) students who study hard every day with Japanese companies looking to hire global talent. ◆ Past achievements Total: 826 people (as of January 1, 2024) 2021: 85 people 2022: 130 people 2023: 171 people In 2024, we aim to make the dreams of 250 students come true. *All of the job offers are for employment in Japan. ◆ Other This project has been taken up as a model case by the Japanese government and industry, and has attracted great interest and expectations. In order to further accelerate this Global Seed Program project and send more ambitious and promising students out into the world, we are looking for instructors who can teach and guide them in Japanese language and Japanese manners specialized for the IT industry. [Examples of main duties] ■ Practical IT classes ・12-16 classes per week/45 minutes per class ・Each class has about 30-40 students, with students at N3-N2 level ※ Since the students' Japanese level is N3-N2, classes can be taught only in Japanese. ■ Classes for accepted students ・Once a month/90 minutes per class, 120 minutes/3-4 classes ・Each class has about 5-7 students, and is conducted for students who have already decided to work in Japan ※ The curriculum is decided by interviewing the companies that have accepted students and companies that have already accepted students from the Global Seed Program. ■ Job hunting preparation ・Interview preparation and resume checks for students who wish to work in Japan ・About 3-4 hours per month * Conducts company analysis and gives advice on the points necessary to get a job in a Japanese company. ■ Product manager (PdM) for in-house services ・Develops in-house class management systems and job hunting management systems * Involved in managing Vietnamese development members and the direction of the service from a PdM perspective. ■ Organizes hackathon events and implements PBL (Project Based Learning) ・Held about twice a year for Vietnamese students ・Japanese and Vietnamese students form a team and manage problem-solving learning |

Qualifications (required) Those who meet both of the following criteria ・Experience in development and team development in the IT field ・Experience in training for new graduates and business etiquette training *Documents required for issuing a work permit (WP) required for working in Vietnam ・Certificate of employment showing past work experience outside of Vietnam (3 years or more) ・Certificate of graduation from a 4-year university Qualifications (welcome) ・Those with experience in education -Those who can think of interactive classes centered on students -Those who can plan timetables and curricula ・Those with experience in project management of IT team development and system development -Those with experience in developing web and smartphone apps -Those with experience in agile development Desired profile ・Those who are passionate about education ・Those who can adapt to daily changes -Vietnam's GDP growth rate is about 7% every year, and the situation is changing rapidly. As a result, you will need the ability to adapt to change, including in your daily life. |
