★Service Manager at Daijob.com, Japan's largest bilingual job site★ We will optimize the matching of companies with global talent and provide a high-quality recruiting experience. In particular, this position is the service manager and will play an important role in advancing work while communicating with a variety of members, including the CEO, engineers, and marketing staff. ◆Job Responsibilities: Achieve KPIs, plan and execute measures based on the future business development of the Daijob.com site. Strengthen the entire process from the entrance (new registration) to the exit (successful recruitment) and eliminate bottlenecks. Specific duties: 1) Create mid-term/single-year plans for Daijob.com's product planning 2) Plan and monitor promotional measures to acquire new subscribers 3) Plan new features and monitor progress 4) Plan and monitor ToB marketing measures For example, in the near future, you will be tracking the following KPIs. <Job Seekers> Number of Registered People/Number of Applicants/Number of Scout Responses <Company> Scout Utilization Rate/Recruitment Success Rate ◆Assignment: Business Promotion Office, Head (Product Manager) ◆Office Members: ToC Marketing, CRM, Content Marketing, Event Planning, Public Relations, ToB Marketing, Engineers, Directors, etc. ◆Selection Process [Document Screening] → [1st Interview & Aptitude Test] → [2nd Interview] → [Executive Interview] → [Interview & Offer] |

Job Requirements |
1. Product management experience Experience managing products such as internet services and job sites, and achieving KPIs. 2. Knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing Experience planning and executing promotional measures, particularly for ToB and ToC. 3. Data analysis and KPI management skills Experience monitoring KPIs such as number of registrants and applicants, and analyzing and improving bottlenecks. 4. Ability to plan business plans and measures Ability to create mid-term and annual plans, manage their progress, and execute measures in line with the plans. 5. Experience working with cross-functional teams Experience working with members from multiple departments, such as marketing, engineering, and direction, to promote projects. |
