★Job Description★ - Create a design prototype based on the PRD - Make adjustments to ensure a consistent design across the entire application - Improve existing UI/UX from a design expert's perspective - Formulate a UI/UX design that takes into account the direction of the product - UI review and improvement proposals - Work with PdM and engineers to discuss design based on requirements and technical constraints, and create designs based on product strategy ★Attractiveness of this position★ - UI/UX design that realizes interactive interaction between users and generative AI - UI/UX design to understand the characteristics of generative AI, such as long processing times and indefinite results, and provide them in a user-friendly manner - UI/UX design to effectively provide various types of AI generated content, such as images and voice, in addition to language processing |

| Job Requirements |
★Requirements★ - Practical experience in product design as a UI/UX designer: 3 years or more - Experience in collaborating and coordinating with various professions (engineers, PdM, PjM, etc.) and stakeholders to create a service - Experience in promoting product development by demonstrating excellent leadership and logical communication skills - Japanese (Fluent): Ability to hold high-context discussions on product development in Japanese without any discrepancies ★Preferred conditions★ - Design experience in "Web/Mobile applications" used by a certain number of users - Experience using Figma for 1 year or more (able to use functions such as Auto layout and Variable) - Experience in collaborating with engineers to build a design system |
