■Job Description: You will not only handle routine legal consultations and review contracts, but will also consider and progress projects with complex schemes, and will perform a wide range of tasks while sometimes being involved in business decision-making. <Main duties> - Legal advice to the business side and proposal of solutions - Legal research for new businesses and service expansion, creation of terms of use, establishment of operation management system, project management - Consideration and implementation of response policies to legal amendments - Creation and review of contracts and regulations - Creation and establishment of internal systems and internal regulations - Education and training to instill internal regulations and compliance with laws and regulations among employees - Promotion of efficiency of legal work using technology (including knowledge management) You will have the opportunity to challenge a wide range of tasks, mainly business side projects (launching new businesses, M&A, etc.). <Requirements> ①Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in corporate law (experience at a law firm, experience in corporate legal affairs/governance, etc.) ②Skills: English proficiency (ability to communicate in English both inside and outside the company through text, review English contracts, conduct research in English, etc.) *Speaking is not required ③Personality: ・Able to communicate frankly and openly regardless of team or position. ・Able to continue growing as a legal person by proactively and boldly taking on new challenges without fear of failure, sometimes even going beyond the legal field. ・Able to enjoy thinking about and acting on "what are the rules and systems that should be in place for the company now" as the company changes every day, without sticking to the rules and operational systems that were created once. ・Able to expand the scope of their influence by leading other members/businesses as a team leader or company executive, etc. <Preferred qualifications> 1.
