- Group company management including overseas subsidiaries (receiving reports from group companies, coordinating transfers and parent-subsidiary contracts, supporting group company issues, PMI support during M&A), promoting group company governance (reviewing job authority related to group companies, support related to approval when parent company approval is required, etc.)

- Promoting support for overseas subsidiaries issues, which are expected to increase in the future, in cooperation with our management department, while building the ideal support system
