Job Description |
You will be providing customer service and sales proposals at a mobile phone shop and Apple specialty store. ・Serve customers who come to the store and answer their inquiries over the phone. From conversations with customers, you will find out about their usage and needs and make optimal proposals. ・It is important to accurately find out what customers really want from a wide range of products, including not only mobile phones but also tablets and landlines. ・In store sales work, you will start by providing service that is tailored to each individual customer. After that, you will gradually expand your horizons and take on management duties, such as store manager and then team leader or supervisor. We have an environment where you can challenge yourself to work with greater discretion as you produce results. |
