Job Description |
- Register new members at the member club desk, update member information in the system, provide customer service - Explain and issue detailed and up-to-date product knowledge about member benefits, casino promotions, and exchange programs - Assist and support the implementation of various events, promotions, and tournaments. - Assist with the receipt and issue of exchange items - Handling complaints and collecting member feedback - Liaise with other departments and assist with translation |
