Job Description	<About the job> ◆Position ・Global Affairs Assistant ◆Job Duties ・Content Marketing ・Data Analysis (Google Analytics, Pivot Tables, etc.) ・Email Marketing ・Digital Advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) ・Task Coordination between Marketing and Sales Departments ・Communication with Japanese EC Companies ・SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ◆Daily Schedule* Varies by team 09-10 Morning Routine: Make coffee, greet team members, check messages from the previous day 10-12 Catch-up: Check and reply to emails, contact team members 11-12 Blogging: After research, create blog posts 12-13 Lunch Break 13-14 Data Check: Check KPIs and analysis data, brush up on ideas, Prepare topics for the next meeting 15-17 Focus time: Develop ideas, schedule posts on social media, write content, contact influencers, manage progress of collaboration campaigns 17-18 Warm-up: Check remaining emails, check progress with team members one last time, work on remaining tasks ◆Employment type ・Full-time employee (indefinite employment) ※Term of employment: 3 months ・On-site work (remote work not allowed) ◆Working hours ・9:15 ~ 18:15 Flexible system: Core time 10:00-16:00 (8 hours of actual work) Lunch break up to 2 hours. ・Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) ・Year-end and New Year's holidays (4 days) ・26 days of paid vacation from the first year (number of days increases depending on years of employment) ◆Salary ・Monthly salary of 270,000 to 290,000 yen (will be determined based on experience, ability, and age) ・Bonus twice a year (paid in June and December) ◆Employee benefits ・Salary increase once a year ・Transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen per month) ・Relocation allowance of 100,000 yen to support relocation one month after joining the company (must be more than 60km away from the head office, measured in a straight line) - Overtime allowance (paid in 1 minute increments) - Full social insurance (employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, health insurance, welfare pension insurance) - Casual clothing OK (suits are not necessary) ◆Recruitment process ・First interview - Recruitment team (45-60 minutes, online or face-to-face) Marketing & logic test (not conducted in online interviews) ↓ ・Second interview - Marketing team (45-60 minutes, face-to-face required) Marketing & logic test (if not conducted in first interview) Applicants from outside the Kansai region will be provided with up to 27,000 yen in travel expenses. ↓ ・Third interview - HR planning leader (30-60 minutes, online or face-to-face) *Corporate culture test ↓ Hiring decision
