Possess 10+ years of relevant IFS experience in Finance module and secondary experience in SCM/Project module. Have experience of at least 3-5 end to end Implementation projects. Desirable to have minimum of 1 implementation exp in IFS 10 (Aurena)/IFS Cloud Be able to establish and implement the solution Be hands-on Data/Field Mapping and Gap Analysis Have good exposure to the AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Taxation, Business Reporter Have explicit understanding and should be hands on for Requirement Gathering, AS IS and To Be analysis, UAT and System testing, Gap Analysis and Fixes Be capable of preparing Functional Specification and Test Scripts as per requirement Possess Japan localization experience with respect to taxation and govt mandated laws Possess requisite Finance background and preferably graduate in Finance Possess basic Knowledge of PL SQL, Permission set, Custom fields, data migration Be conversant with other cross functional knowledge integrating to finance module such as SCM, Maintenance, Sales and Services, Manufacturing, Projects etc. Be well conversant with English (Business Proficiency) and Japanese language (Level N1) to communicate with customer and offshore team Possessproblem solving attitude, good client communications and stake holder management skills Be willing to travel within Japan and operate from customer location per project needs Japanese Language: Japanese fluent level (JLPT N1), Business level english |
