Imaging Process Tools: Pex Boot, SCCM Autopilot: Cloud Image Management Steps: Collect CSV logs via PowerShell Upload CSV file to Intune Reset laptop for Intune imaging User logs in with ID & password Device Managemen Manage local admin and BitLocker passwords Deregister devices by deleting from the tool using the service tag User Access Management: Lock/Unlock user accounts and reset passwords using AD Check assigned security groups for apps and distribution lists AV Support Verify presentation slides and videos Check HDMI and network ports in the conference room Test Crestron device functions Inventory Management Manage device onboarding and offboarding Assign, detag, and dispose of devices Generate reports for audits Data Centre - IDR & MDR: Perform basic rack checks and escort vendors Support upgrades ServiceNow - Queue Management: Manage service requests and incidents Prioritize P1 to P4 tickets and VIP requests Outlook and Exchange Team Coordination Involvement: User Access Management (AD & IAM) Application Management (AMS) Server Infrastructure O365, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive Knowledge Management: Create SOPs and a knowledge base Seek refreshers on current tools Japanese Languages:Japanese Fluent or native leveland English Business level. |
