Experience: 5-6 years in IT infrastructure support with expertise in hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting without affecting warranties or security compliance. Skills: Strong customer management, excellent communication (oral/written), self-driven, results-oriented, passionate, proactive. Hardware Support: L2 troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, LAN/WAN setups, conference room A/V, VOIP phones, and smart hands support for various peripherals and networking equipment. Software Proficiency: Expert in OS installation/troubleshooting (Windows/MAC/Linux), anti-spyware/virus software, standard applications like Adobe, browsers, and Microsoft Office suite, including O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive. Networking & Systems: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP, mobile device management (Airwatch/Xenmobile/Mobile iron), data backups, VDI, SCCM/LanDesk/Altris, Apple devices. Tools & Processes: Service/incident/problem management, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy), repeat call analysis, mentorship/training, KB article maintenance, automation, SLA adherence, and reporting/analytics. Preferably holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification. Japanese Languages:Japanese Fluent or native leveland English Business level. |
