| Job Description |
You will be stationed in Taiwan and will be responsible for the following duties. ・An engineer who provides maintenance for the electron beam mask writer (EBM), which is a culmination of cutting-edge technology. ・We aim to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining the stable operation of the delivered EBM. ・We support our customers' production plans by detecting abnormalities in the equipment through daily inspections and implementing preventive maintenance and proposing the timing of replacing consumable parts. ・We will have a deep understanding of EBM technology, analyze various phenomena and problems that occur locally from the equipment status, and after negotiating with the customer, take the necessary measures to improve and recover the equipment. ・We will be a member of the team that will be closest to the customer and build the necessary and more optimal maintenance technology to meet customer requirements. 〇Daily duties ・We will gather in the office at the start of work and hold a meeting to confirm the work flow for the day, such as weekly inspections, monthly inspections, and troubleshooting. ・Regular inspections, which involve major shutdowns of the equipment, are carried out once a year and a half per unit for about 20 days, and this work will also be confirmed in meetings during the period. ・After the meeting, you will go to the client's factory to check the operation status and condition of the equipment. You will graphically observe the logs recorded on about 20 to 30 pieces of equipment daily and check the soundness of the equipment operation status. (15 to 20 minutes per unit). ・After completing the check, you will return to the office and perform operations such as creating equipment reports, sorting and ordering parts, creating past trouble reports, and creating daily reports. ・Since the client's factory where you are stationed operates 24 hours a day, if the equipment stops, you will also need to respond outside of business hours according to the contract. (We will respond on a rotation basis or in shifts.) *Period of residence/secondment is 5 years or more *Scope of work changes: Work as determined by the company *Scope of work location changes: All company locations, including overseas subsidiaries |

[Requirements] -Graduate from a technical college or higher with a science background or experience working as an engineer (mechanical, electronic, electrical, physics, chemistry, etc.) -Regular driver's license -Not afraid of English. [Preferred conditions] -Experience working on the mechanical parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment is preferred. -IT skills: Microsoft Office, UNIX if available, and C/C++ programming languages are also preferred. -High communication (English conversation, etc.) and presentation skills. -Eiken Grade 3 or higher or TOEIC score of 500 or higher is preferred. |
