You will also be responsible for leading and managing the global development team! ■Specifically: Maintenance development task management Service infrastructure operation Consideration and implementation of measures to improve service levels Management and improvement of the DevOps environment Management of team members ■Development structure: Development team: 40 people (30 Filipinos/10 Japanese) Currently, due to the small size of the Japanese development team, we are mostly responsible for planning/defining new functions in the upstream process, Q&A with the business department, and small-scale development and maintenance operations that can be completed in a few weeks. In the future, we will further strengthen the development structure on the Japanese side, and in the future, we aim to create a system where services for Japanese users can be developed in Japan, and services for Filipino users can be developed by Philippine engineers! ■Development environment: Main languages used: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL Frameworks: Laravel, Nuxt.js, Vue.js, FuelPHP Database: MySQL (Amazon Aurora) Cloud services: AWS Development tools: GitHub, Docker, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack ※Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall are used appropriately for each project and target service. ■Attractions of working at the company: You can lead the planning and strengthening of our own service products.
