Job Description |
This company is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and is looking for someone to be assigned to China (wholly owned Guangzhou factory) as the head of the administrative department! Basically, you will be assigned as soon as your visa is granted, but we can discuss this depending on the situation and your convenience. The assignment is expected to last about five years, after which the decision to return to Japan or be stationed in another country will be made based on your wishes and performance. *Recruitment background: There is a possibility that the current employee will return to Japan ■Job content and mission: ☆You will be in charge of the overall administrative department under the general manager! (Similar to a role in Japan as the General Affairs Manager or Management Manager) - Submit monthly company performance reports, prepare budgets (business plans) and report (once every six months) * Factory cost summary - Supervise human resources and general affairs - Communicate and manage local staff * There are about five local expatriates ■ Expectations for this position: This time, you will be hired as a "management candidate," so in addition to your accounting background, we expect you to have a management perspective as a manager and work with executives to improve organizational operations. |
