・Product planning work for skincare, makeup, haircare, and bodycare ・Working in a team of 2-4 people to plan consistent product plans (Concept planning, naming planning, treatment creation, item planning) ・Bulk development work in pursuit of skin feel (Target quality design, prototype sensory evaluation, monitor testing, collaboration with laboratories and factories, etc.) ・Multifaceted product appeal creation and information dissemination, including product performance, uniqueness, and Albion-ness ・Project work with laboratories ・Domestic business trips ・Overseas business trips *About once or twice a year |
