Office work arranging import customs clearance and domestic delivery for packages received from overseas, including China. In response to the recent increase in demand for personal internet shopping, the international logistics industry is very booming in the Kansai Airport area where our company is located. Would you like to work as a staff member in charge of international logistics customer service at our company, which is expected to continue to grow in the future? [Job content] ■Arrangement of imported cargo ■Customs clearance and delivery arrangements ■Correspondence with overseas local agents and customers ■Invoice creation ■Data processing ▼Organization of import data, NACCS work Check and organize Excel data of import declaration lists received from overseas, and handle air cargo using NACCS. ▼Various arrangements We work with customers, airlines, and customs brokers at the airport office to make arrangements so that packages can be shipped smoothly. At the same time, we communicate with overseas partner companies to confirm customs clearance and transportation arrangements. ▼Progress management - baggage delivery We track the status of export customs declarations, boarding the plane, and the status of baggage delivery at the destination. We deliver to the airport or a specific location depending on the customer's needs. ▼Delivery completion report We report to the customer that the baggage has been delivered safely, and the mission is complete. ▼Invoice issuance Once the work is completed, an invoice is issued to the customer. |
