Job Description	A listed company with over 70 years of history. We are hiring full-time employees at a commercial air conditioner manufacturer. We supply air conditioners to large facilities such as offices, hospitals, schools, stations, and factories, and have the top share in Japan. We have a track record built on advanced technical capabilities, flexible response capabilities, and a long history, such as responding to individual orders according to the characteristics and uses of the building. We have five production bases in Japan and overseas. In addition to the Okayama and Kanagawa factories in Japan, we have bases overseas in China and Taiwan. As we work on digital transformation as a company in the future, we are looking for researchers and engineers who can use CAE for structural analysis, vibration analysis, and thermal fluid analysis. This is a dynamic job where you can work on technological development that will be the core of the company's development! [Job description] - Basic research, new development, and improvement design (main duties will be simulations using CAE analysis and various measurement experiments) - Development and design work such as prototypes using 3DCAD

Job Requirements	<Any of the following experience> ・Experience with CAE analysis ・Experience with mechanical design using 3D CAD ・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 equivalent (score does not matter)

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 6000K
Other Salary Description	■ Annual salary: 4-6 million yen (assuming 30 hours of overtime) ■ Monthly salary: 239,000-305,000 yen (no overtime) ■ Bonus: Average 4.4 months ★ Salary increase once a year (April) ★ Bonus twice a year (June and December)
Holidays	・2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays ・Summer holidays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week ・Founding anniversary ・Paid holidays, special holidays ・Maternity leave, childcare leave (available), refreshment leave) *About 125 days off per year (varies depending on the day of the week the holidays fall on)
Nearest Station	Kanagawa Prefecture, about 20 minutes by bus from Hadano
