Job Description We are looking for a Floor Manager for The Bvlgari Bar in Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, which will open in April 2023.

【Job Summary】
You will oversee bar operations and be involved in menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak dining hours.
You will also be responsible for continuously improving customer and employee satisfaction, as well as providing training and other necessary tasks to ensure goals are met.

Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations
• Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
