[Training System] <Before Joining (1 Month)> ・You will review the provided company materials and videos to acquire the necessary foundational knowledge before joining. <First Month after Joining> ・You will be assigned to each team and will familiarize yourself with the tasks while fully committing to senior employees. <2nd to 4th Month after Joining> ・You will aim for independence through On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided by senior employees in the team. ◎ By the 4th month after joining, the majority of individuals have grown to the point of independence. ◎ We conduct 1-on-1 meetings monthly, providing an environment for consultation on concerns and career suggestions. Early career advancement is possible based on personal intentions and work situations. In the second year of employment, you may have subordinates, and of course, you have the freedom to pursue career paths such as transfers to other departments or involvement in launching overseas branches.
