Job Description	当社にて、以下の中から個々のスキルや事業状況に応じた業務を担当いただきます。 ■ABEJA Platform / ABEJA LLM Series / ABEJA Insight for Retail などのプロダクトに関連する開発・運用業務の実施・AIパイプライン基盤、LLMOps基盤、数千台のカメラ・センサーデバイス等のデータ分析・可視化 B2B SaaS プロダクトなどの強化活動にバックエンドエンジニアとして参画し、提供価値を最大化、定期的なメンテナンス活動を実施　※その他業務内容につきまして、備考欄をご参照ください。

Job Requirements	【必須】1.下記技術領域の経験が5年以上ある ■Webサービスのバックエンド開発経験・REST APIを理解し、Python/Go等の言語でAPIを構築できる ■GitHubを用いたコード管理及びチーム開発の経験・コードレビューやマージといった営みをチームで回す事ができる・ブランチ戦略に合わせたCI/CDを構築ができる　など 2.下記2つ以上の業務領域の経験がある ■ピープルマネジメント（チームメンバーの目標設定・評価など） ■プロジェクトマネジメント（プロジェクトの企画・運営など）など
